Welcome to the blog site of The Paddle Steamer Preservation Society - Bristol Channel Branch.

Here you will find information on the activities of the branch.  Articles and photographs on trips that have been undertaken by our members. Progress reports and photographs of the winter refits/refurbishments of our ships.
It is intended to have a 'who's who' photo gallery of members.

We hope to have up to date information regarding sailings - the Bristol Channel is a very exposed sailing area and we do lose trips due to the weather/sea conditions - where possible we hope to have early notification of any amendments or cancellations - so check here before you set off for the pier!

Finally, this site is still a work in progress - the 'header' photograph looks a bit drab and will be changed - can anyone let me have some photos of Kingswear Castle that I could incorporate into the header?  if so, they can be emailed to the 'Contact Us' address above
